    We are currently seeking a Full-time Customer Service Representative who is a vibrant, detail oriented individual who demonstrates a strong focus and the drive to learn and grow with our company, located in Hamilton, ON.



    • Receive inbound phone calls from internal and external customers and initiate required action by communicating the changes to the appropriate personnel/departments.
    • Connect via outbound calling, gather and document content material for various products by interviewing clients via phone.
    • Respond to and investigate customer inquiries, concerns and issues via phone and email in a timely and courteous manner.
    • Engage client base and support all sales efforts by building effective relationships with internal and external customers.
    • Document all actions and responses in a customer database.
    • Demonstrate excellence in product knowledge.
    • Coordinate multiple products and ensure accuracy in deliverables.
    • Quick to adapt to an evolving media environment.


    • Minimum 2+ years in Customer Service environment.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
    • Strong written and verbal communication and competent listener.
    • Superior customer skills including having the ability to placate challenging and demanding clients.
    • Strong administration skills with accurately updating and maintaining information.
    • Capable of taking initiative and can work independently with minimal direction.
    • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline driven and demanding environment with strong attention to detail.
    • Effective organizational skills, ability to manage time and prioritize tasks appropriately.
    • Successfully handle confidential information and use appropriate discretion.
