    We are looking for a hard working individual that is interested in a Full Time position as a Credit Administrator. This position is responsible for top-rate customer service to clients, establishing credit ratings and limits, and monitoring credit extensions. They will also complete monthly collection calls in a professional manner. Reporting to the Manager, this position resides at our Hamilton location.




    • Provide excellent customer service in addition to building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
    • Complete monthly collection calls to ensure that company revenue in received in a timely manner.
    • Establish credit ratings, limits and monitor credit extensions.
    • As part of this role, you will be required to handle credit card information. Metroland Media is a PCI compliant company and requires people in this role to take PCI training to handle credit cards in a safe and compliant manner.



    • Basic experience in Accounting or equivalent Educational Background.
    • Minimum 2+ years of credit and collections experience.
    • Risk management skills.
    • Strong communication skills both written and verbal as well as a competent listener.
    • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Effective organizational skills, ability to manage time and prioritize tasks appropriately.
    • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline driven and demanding environment.
    • A high degree of initiative.
    • Customer focused professional with strong interpersonal skills.
