    Casual part-time administrative customer support position to provide in-house verification duties including: making outgoing calls to customers verifying flyer delivery and setting up verifications.



    • Initiate contact to households in designated territories, to ensure and verify confirm delivery of product and establish or exceed daily call quotas.
    • Ensure that all FDSA and compliance requirements with auditing are accurately completed and on schedule.
    • Accurately verify and maintain customer records including addresses, carriers and contractors, voluntary substitutes and paper runs.
    • First point of contact in a customer service role, answering general phone and e-mail inquiries regarding delivery and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    • Completion of Secondary Education.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
    • Strong written and verbal communication and competent listener.
    • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline driven and demanding environment.
    • Capable of working in a team environment and maintain positive relationships with team members with the ability to work independently.
    • Strong administration skills with accurately updating and maintaining information.
    • Capable of taking initiative and can work independently with minimal direction.
    • Effective organizational skills, ability to manage time and prioritize tasks appropriately.
