    THE OPPORTUNITY

     

    At Cambridge Times, we are looking for Loaders to assist in our warehouse, reporting directly to the Distribution Manager. Hours will vary but will be primarily during the Night. This is a part-time position.  

     

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Assist drivers in loading bundles of papers/flyers onto their vehicle with appropriate skids
    • Inventory control of finished (skidded) products
    • Maintain consistent workflow by ensuring product is prepped for shipping area in a safe, timely manner
    • Responsible for assisting supervision in loading and staging area, as required
    • Ensure a safe working environment in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Company Health and Safety policies
    • Other duties as assigned by the Distribution Centre management team

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • 1-2 years previous experience working in a distribution/warehouse operation an asset
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Demonstrates ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and management
    • Results-driven
    • Proficiency in written and spoken English
    • Health and Safety knowledge and experience preferred
